After a free telephone consultation, I'll make a recommendation of services to choose from which can help you and your employees attain work/life balance and mental well-being.
Services offered include large or small group programs (from lunch and learns to 1/2-day, whole day, or multiple day programs).
If requested, I can provide educational/experiential groups where teams can discuss stressors unique to your industry that may be draining energy and decreasing productivity. Participants will learn what others in similar situations do to continue to move forward with renewed determination and vitality. They'll practice a variety of relaxation techniques as well as gain an understanding of the resources they can adopt for their very own wellness plans.
I can also make arrangements to be on site to provide individual consultations of employees (i.e. BWRT for PTSD or individualized fears/phobias; diagnosis and development of treatment plan for SAD or depression; and any number of issues hindering well-being.
Many people are experiencing high levels of Stress and Compassion Fatigue as a result of their jobs working with the general public in challenging situations (made even more stressful by the advent of COVID-19 and a limited number of resources). Many are also caregivers during their off hours, further adding to their emotional overload. This often results in a decrease of productivity and lower job satisfaction due to emotional and physical exhaustion.
Working either in small or large groups, participants are given the opportunity to:
A Healthy Workplace promotes employee satisfaction and improves productivity. Included in this program are tips to understanding the things that undermine workplace health (Aggression, Bullying, Fear of Speaking Up, etc...) along with the 4 Cs of Creating a Healthy Workspace (Coping with change, Civility, Celebrating Diversity, and Communicating with Clarity)

“The Compassion Fatigue In-Service conducted by Lisa Stromeier was outstanding! I have had countless comments from staff about how much they learned and appreciated Lisa's guidance in dealing with their stress issues. She also met for individual sessions with several staff for one-on-one counseling. That was extremely well received. There have been many people asking for her to come back and spend more time in the future. I am extremely pleased with the results!”
